Simonsays grew up in Downtown Phoenix. His father’s Funeral Home was behind his house where he lived, so Simon could sing in the halls of a long carport. He would go back and forth in the main chapel where he could hear his voice echo. This allowed him to change his tune and pitch quickly trying to sound like famous Singers.

 

His whole family are musically inclined, most either play an instrument or sing, so he started to see how the voice can be used as an instrument in itself by changing the pitch and notes. Therefore, he learned it is possible to sing very low/baritone to a high/falsetto. This allows him to change and sing just about anything from R & B, Country, Rock and Roll, to Opera, silly songs, Romantic, Alternative to Reggae. Simonsays he is not perfect, but he is Versatile.
